Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns for the following items:
Custom or personalized jewelry
Moissanite jewelry
Solid gold jewelry
These products are made-to-order and cannot be resold.
Additionally, all earrings and grills (products intended for oral use) are final sale due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return / Exchange Window
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are allowed up to 90 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for all approved refunds.
No restocking fee is charged for items returned in exchange for store credit.
Return Shipping
We currently do not provide free return shipping labels.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
Customers must ensure the return parcel includes tracking details and proof of parcel weight.
Product Condition
Returned items must:
Be unused and in original packaging
Have all protective films, seals, and tags intact
Watches must include protective peels still applied
To try on a chain or bracelet, please carefully unwrap only the ends and check the size without removing protective elements.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after applicable deductions.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
If you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery, provided the item qualifies under our return policy.
